What is religion?

This was a question I often asked myself when I heard stories of the Partition from my great grand parents as a mere ten year old. A merciless, mindless conflict which left a deep imprint on their psyche. It is a question that I have been asking and discussing ever since. I have met seven religious leaders and discussed their perspective on what is religion and what it should really mean for people in their daily lives. The quest to find an answer to this question is still on.... sharing a video from a panel discussion I had conducted with some of these religious scholars;
